Secure Storage: All records must be stored securely on My Concern, whether in physical or digital formats, to prevent unauthorised access.
Restricted Access (Need-to-Know Basis): Access to safeguarding information is strictly limited to authorised personnel who require it to perform their professional duties.
Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of this sensitive data is paramount. Information should not be disclosed to individuals who are not authorised to receive it.
Downloading files: If files are downloaded from My Concern you must ensure that once read they are deleted from your google drive.
Any concerns regarding potential data breaches or the inappropriate handling of safeguarding information must be reported immediately to the Data Protection Officer for prompt action and investigation.
