Oversight of allocated cases

Oversight of Allocated Cases:

DSL and Deputy DSLs should maintain daily operational oversight of all open concerns.

Case owners are responsible for reviewing their assigned concerns, completing actions required and updating records in a timely manner.

If you have been allocated as the case owner for a concern, you will be notified via email and all concerns that have been allocated to you can be viewed under My Concerns tab and then my Cases:
